XJ-8 Mattie Wakeman

And finally, here to cap off on Jenny's numerous sisters, we have the bruiser; Matilda "Mattie" Wakeman, the XJ-8.

Mattie was... very good at the whole "defending the Earth" thing. No one would accuse her of anything less. But when it came to just about anything else... she failed miserably. In her mind, all there was was the mission. Nothing else mattered. And in that regard, Jenny was a downgrade in terms of efficiency and overall power.

But come Upgrade, Mattie is put in a rather awkward position. Before, she was seen as a hulking weapon, nothing more. Now though, people see the artificial woman beneath the scary exterior. And they treat her as such. Her perception of herself is now on shaky ground as well now that she has so many new options open to her.

Jenny has shown her experience to be irreplaceable when it comes to the questions Mattie's new form has brought her. So like all good older siblings, Jenny has taken it upon herself to help Mattie whenever possible. It was even at Jenny's insistence that she take on a human name (something she still hasn't adjusted to.)

Abilities wise, Mattie was always the most physically imposing and durable XJ-unit, but now that has been taken to beyond the extreme. Stripped of all excess, she is now stronger and tougher than ever before.

Advanced endo-frames and alloy enable her to take a phenomenal amount of punishment. And her physical strength is folds more powerful due to state-of-the-art artificial muscle fiber and hydraulics.

However, this is all at the expense of most of her gadgets and ranged weaponry.

She has also been programmed with a variety of close-quarters-combat styles and possesses an arsenal of melee weaponry. All of which is employed ferociously for the protection of the Earth and her loved ones.

She is DEFINITELY the girl you want in your corner during alien genocide.
